After having been exceptionally well-received last year, TYPO London is set to return to the British capital this autumn. The event will again take place at the Logan Hall & Jefferey Hall of the Institute of Education on October 19 and 20 2012. The theme for this year’s conference is »Social«.

Zwanzig Mitglieder zählt inzwischen die TYPO 2012 Gruppe auf Flickr. Rund 500 Bilder dokumentieren aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln die 17. TYPO Berlin, die am vergangenen Samstag mit der TYPO Night Party endete.

In dieser Woche geht die TYPO-Tasche in Produktion. Wie so vieles für die kommende Berliner TYPO spiegelt auch die Tasche das Motto sustain: viel dickere Baumwolle und breitere Träger als ein normaler Beutel, damit die Tasche hält, das Motiv bis an den Rand gedruckt, um die Key-visuals korrekt zu transportieren und – nicht zuletzt Fairtrade Certified Cotton das Baumwoll-Bauern hilft die Kosten einer nachhaltigen Produktion zu decken.
