The future of news in digital spaces was at the focus of attention, while Sebastian Meier was writing his Master’s thesis in the last twelve months. Important aspects in this paper were the development of new business models and the user’s experience. Workshops, surveys and co-creation processes helped identify trends and elaborate concepts, in which the designer could play a key role.
