In this presentation I’ll be sharing with everyone what it’s like to work in Rough Trade: a record store in east London, and explain how I make a 64-page monthly music magazine for a treasured, 40-year-old company. I’ll also talk about how I solely commission Rough Trade staff members, or musicians, artists and bands so as to be different from other music publications, and retain the DIY, spirit of Rough Trade.
