Marielle Enders, designer, was born in 1972 in Heilbronn. After an apprenticeship as a copy setter, she worked as a graphic artist near Heilbronn. Marielle studied visual communication at the FH Düsseldorf, where she completed her degree. During and after her studies, she worked as a freelance graphic designer for several advertising and design agencies, eventually working for Hesse Design in Düsseldorf. In 2002 she became self-employed, working under the label it’sme, and has worked for advertising agencies and publishing houses as an illustrator and graphic designer since.
