studied at the Hochschule for Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd, afterwards he worked as a scientific cooperator for visual communication at the University of Arts in Berlin. In 1994 he founded the agency Kognito where information are designed an layouts developed. Skopec is visiting lecturer in Puebla, Mexico and at the HGB Leipzig.
