Katrin Meyer studied graphic design at the Academy of Design in Basel. She was a designer based in San Francisco (Barclays Global Investors), Barcelona (Joachim Müller-Lancé), and Berlin (atelier doppelpunkt and taz, the daily newspaper). Since 1998 she has had her own studio in Berlin (Meyer Visuelle Kommunikation), which she closed in 2008, to seek new challenges in Zürich/Switzerland. „Meyerland“, her book, will be published by Carlsen Verlag in August 2008.
