For a long time, we have been hunter-gatherers for information. Today, we live in an age in which information is ubiquitously available. At the same time, it does not satisfy our hunger for more. We live in the fast-food age of information consumption.

What are the psychological and emotional side effects of today’s information consumption behavior? How can we, as designers, help people to consume in a more active and aware way?
