Sybille Wohlfarth, designer, was born in 1973 in Buchen/Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis. After finishing school in 1992, she studied art for two semesters at the Freie Kunsthochschule Rödel in Mannheim. From 1994 till 1996 she studied communication design at the FH Darmstadt. In 1996 she studied abroad in Los Angeles, and earned her diploma in Visual Communication in 2000 at the FH Düsseldorf. Since 2001 she’s worked freelance as a graphic designer. In 2002 she started giving lectures on typography at the Akademie für Kommunikation in Stuttgart. At the German Award for communication design (2000) she won the honorary award for highest design quality.
