Steffen Sauerteig

Steffen Sauerteig, Svend Smital and Kai Vermehr founded eBoy in 1998, when they launched www.eboy.com. Shortly thereafter, Peter Stemmler (New York), with his celebrated vector-based worked, joined the eBoy team. Eboy is pushed forward by the possibilities of electronic design. Digital pictures can be copied endlessly, which means: no print- and low production costs, and it only takes a few seconds for the results to reach every spot on the world. eBoys work exclusively for the screen, reflecting their intentions in pixels and guaranteeing them 100% control over the results. Pixels feel good and are fun. Before long, the “old world” caught on to eBoy and magazines began to present the eBoy universe. Clients such as MTV.com, SAP and Adidas have made the pixel-style presentable. For their book “Hello” (Laurence King, London), which was published in 2002, they unloaded their complete picture database onto 512 delicious pages.
