born in 1957 in Cimpina (Rumänien), studied at the Kunsthochschule Klausenburg (Rumänien), he finished 1982 with a diploma. Seven years later he moved to Germany, where he first worked as a graphic designer for an agency in Freiburg. Since 1991 he works for the DPA-daughter Globus-Infografik GmbH in Hamburg where he has today a managing position. He is visiting lecturer at the Journalistenzentrum in Hagen, the Academy for Digital Publishing in Hamburg and the Animation School in Hamburg.
