Marco Spier completed his first internship in New York in the early 1990s while still studying design at the HDK in Berlin. At some point he met the Director of MTV, who hired him for the channel’s 3D unit. After completing his studies, in 2000 Spier set up the PSYOP (Psychological Operations) design studio in New York with four partners. Their first premises, a disused bar, were in Alphabet City in East Village, where their work was inspired by street and underground culture. PSYOP now produce breathtaking videos, presentations and animations for major companies and brands.
