Orhan Tançgil is a designer, publisher, writer and cook, and lives for Turkish cooking. He was born in Essen, grew up in Düsseldorf and during his studies in media publishing in Stuttgart, he discovered his love of his mother’s Turkish cooking that he so missed. This is cuisine far beyond kebabs and the lot.
