Michael Wamposzyc was born in 1978 in Breslau. Having studied and then worked as a lecturer at the Berlin University of Arts under Professor Holger Matthies, the fashion photographer Jacques Schumacher and visiting professor Stefan Sagmeister, he continued his studies at the London College of Printing and the School of Art Institute Chicago. Since 2006 he has been carrying out empirical and experimental research into typographic systems and is working towards his Master Student exam in the “Digital Class” of Professor Joachim Sauter at the UdK Berlin.
