Designer/typographer Hubert Jocham was born in 1965 in Memmingen. He did an apprenticeship for hot-metal setter as a youth, and afterwards studied in Augsburg and in the North of England. Hubert’s diploma covered the italic scripts of the renaissance.
In 1998, he worked for Henrion Ludlow & Schmidt in London and for magazines such as Frank, Arena, Harvey Nickols, and Spin (NY). Self-employed since 1999, Hubert has assisted in the development of company and product brands, as well as serving as a type advisor and creative consultant for international magazines.
