Hansjörg Stulle, 66, trained typesetter, founded Stulle Layout Composing company in Stuttgart in 1964. There were used all technologies since: hot-metal setting, cold type, and the digital production of exemplars. He received numerous awards for his works in national and international competitions. He was a co-author of ÜberSicht, a book of type patterns, which he carries on online with his TypeNavigator project since 1995.
