In 2005, Daniil Bolshov founded the international Post it Award, the only design competition in Russia and the CIS open to students only. Participation is free of charge. Since 2009, the winner designs have been printed on shirts and souvenirs, and sold via the Post It Shop.  In 2006, Bolshov developed and implemented the fashion project FRONTUS. In 2007 he founded the agency Graphic Productions Corporate Branding, which in 2010 was nominated on of the 20 best agencies in Russia.
