Claudius Lazzeroni was born in Bavaria in 1965; mother a German photographer; father an Italian alchemist; Prussian-style upbringing. As a trained photographer, media design graduate and creative director at Pixelpark, he has worked to give many companies such as Oetker, Langnese and Mannesmann a new understanding of multimedia. His own company, ” im stall”, has for several years been a magnet for interesting people in the worlds between art and commerce. A born teacher, since 1999 he has been professor of interface design at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where he is researching the dramaturgy of the interstice.
He lives with his wife and cat in the Pyrenees, Essen and Paris.
