Christoph Keese

Economist and journalist Christoph Keese was born in 1964. Since 2008, he has been the President for Public Affairs for Axel Springer AG, Europe’s largest media publisher. Prior to that, he worked as editor-in-chief for the Sunday newspaper »Welt am Sonntag« (2004-2008), as director and head of the biz-fi department at the »Berliner Zeitung« newspaper and as the editor-in-chief of the »Financial Times Deutschland«, which he helped launch. Christoph Keese writes primarily about economic policy. He has published two books, »Rettet den Kapitalismus« (Save Capitalism, pub: Hoffman und Campe, 2004) and »Verantwortung Jetzt« (Responsibility Now, pub: C. Bertelsmann, 2006).
