Andreas Stötzner

Born in 1965 in Leipzig, Andreas studied at the college for design and art of books in Leipzig (1986-1994) and at the Royal College of Art in London. Since 1994 he’s worked on a freelance basis. Having begun his research of graphic signs in 1996, Andreas published the first edition of own fonts in 1997, and in 2000 invented of the “Signa” family of typefaces.

He’s lectured widely on typography and fonts since 1999, and has been working on the “Andron” typeface family since 2001.
