Nowadays, quite a lot of Western designers add other scripts, like Cyrillic or Greek, to their typefaces. Fortunately, the time of “Cyrillic” which can’t be recognized at all, is gone, but does it mean that any recent Cyrillic designed by Latin-writing typographers is good? This presentation is devoted to fine-tuning the Cyrillic part of typeface to make it really usable.
