Part 1: Randa Abdel Baki

Bilingual typographic systems
This presentation focuses on typographic bilingual systems suggesting functional methods that combine Arabic & Latin scripts in effective layouts. The study showcases bilingual projects in Lebanon, highlighting the work of typography students at the Lebanese American University. The proposed dual typographic systems will help designers to create successful bilingual structures when faced with the challenge of combining different scripts of opposite directions and forms.

Part 2: Pascal Glissmann
