Matthias Frey was born in 1972 and studied communications design in Wiesbaden and Sydney. After graduation, he worked freelance for various ad agencies in the Frankfurt area before joining Q in 2002. He was named a firm partner in 2007. Among his clients at Q are the Rheingau Music Festival and the Hesse state ballet.
