Bastian von Lehsten is co-founder and managing director of Novamondo. After receiving his diploma at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd he worked for agencies such as Fuenfwerken Design AG. His work has been repeatedly awarded the Red Dot Award and the IF Design Award. In addition to his work as general manager, he is the curator of the foundation »Elemente der Begeisterung« (Elements of Enthusiasm), gives talks and teaches, among other things, at the Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule.
