For those who have to plan their trip: the lectures will begin on Thursday at 2 pm (registration possible from 10 am) and end on Saturday evening at 9 pm. After that, the party begins! Program subject to change. Errors and omissions excepted.
Your MyTYPO account allows you to find out who is participating in the conference, to give feedback and rate presentations. Did you miss a presentation? No problem: Most presentations from the TYPO Hall and Show are available online and can be accessed through your MyTYPO account. In addition you can make your profile accessible to the MyTYPO community. After your booking, you will receive an invitation to MyTYPO by e-mail.
Photo-/film and audio recordings
Please note, that on the occasion of the TYPO Berlin 2017, photo-/film and audio recordings take place and that these pictures/recordings may be used within the reporting for the event and for advertising purposes. By purchasing a ticket und entering the event you agree that the photo-/film and audio recordings taken of you on the occasion of your participation on the event may be used within the reporting for the event and for advertising purposes without claims for remuneration on your part.
We use Xing Events for the ticket sale process. After the registration you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and your invoice by post. Subject to payment and the completeness and accuracy of your information provided, our confirmation will serve as conference accreditation. When buying tickets at reduced priced, you must provide the relevant proof (valid proof of matriculation, proof of unemployment, proof you are still at school, or similar) AT THE VENUE.
Prices & Cancellations
All TYPO tickets are subject to 19% VAT. Participants from abroad will not be able to claim a reimbursement for the VAT, because the conference is a service subject to German taxation and not a commodity. Please pay your invoices immediately. Full cancellation of reservations is possible in writing and free of charge until February 28, 2017. Thereafter (until April 15, 2017), cancellations will cost an administrative fee of 90 Euro. There will be no reimbursement after April 16, 2017. Absence from the conference does not entitle to reimbursement of the admission fee. In any case of cancellation please contact email@example.com.
A participant who is unable to attend the conference may name a substitute in writing. Student tickets may be transferred to student substitutes, professional tickets to professional substitutes. In any case of changing the participant please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contract is Berlin.
